Very pleasant staff. I have attended most of the Senior sneaker activities and feel very welcome and appropriately challenged physically by the classes.

The instructors and staff are wonderful easy to talk and work with. The classes, exercise, zumba etc as a well equipped exercise areas are a major plus. With the added pools there is some thing for every age group to take part in. I really enjoy the silver sneakers exercise sessions.

I particularly like the pool.

I like everything about the facility

My daughter has so much fun at her swim classes, and we have always had an easy time working with the staff. Everyone at the pool is so understanding and patient with every kid.

Group ex class instructors are fantastic and fun.

Have yet to use or attend any of the programs or activities that are offered. I use the treadmills and weight machines. Always clean and in good working order.

I'm active in the Active Older Adult Programs and Silver Sneakers. It keeps me active; I've met new friends and I participate in several activities that are offered.

I absolutely love the AOA Silver Sneakers program. The fitness classes and instructors are awesome, and the AOA Coordinator Theresa Grace is the best!
