They're HEALTHY!!! Especially older adults, it's very important to keep active, and your organization provides a safe environment to keep us all moving and healthy!! I can't say enough about this!! I broke my ankle many years ago (over ten), but I still get stiffness in the joint. Walking definitely contributes to easing the stiffness. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! Can't thank you enough. Plus, I have met some very respectful and industrious and diligent friends (people I consider "friends"). Your organization is supportive and welcoming and is very tuned into the needs of people's physical well-being. Thank you!! I hope to continue to remain active as long as you can put up with my attendance!! Also, the water aerobics is the best for stiff joints, back, and overall health. I love all the programs. This ymca is my favorite. I love they have the bikes WITH the subscription (forgot what its called but with the TV where you have fake "races"). Warrensville has these bikes but subscription, so it kicks you off after 3 minutes which is no fun. Ive done the cardio kickboxing, les mills, biking class, and barre class here. All 10/10 fantastic. I get a very good sweat on, and im young and decent shape. Everyone is so kind. Nancy is so sweet at the front desk. I just love her and her smile. I dont know how she always remembers my name. The gym is very clean, good mix of equipment. I love the treadmills with the charger & tvs. The programs on there are amazing. The pool is also amazing. The exercise instructors are great. The one who teaches Barre class is so bubbly and smiley. I just joined the class just cuz her smile in hallway, and was interested what she taught. She brings great energy. I have 0 complaints about this facility. I wish they were all like this.

The track! Getting some personal training was very beneficial. We felt with a body scan included it was a great deal.

The facility is clean and warm.
There are many areas to work out in.
The only issue is that people often walk side by side on the track. There are also frequently people who walk in the run lane.
I wish this was checked more often.

Staff are friendly and helpful and really care about people! The facility is clean and well maintained! The exercises are very simple and help me with my health! I am over joyed at attending here!
There is a large variety of programs to choose from and the instructors/trainers are very nice and knowledgeable.
I like all your classes that are available. I love that you don’t charge extra for every class which is great for Seniors on a fixed income.. The instructors are all highly qualified and inspirational

i haven’t tried zumba or les mills but i want to. my wife likes the spinning. i prefer swimming exercises and the hot tub.

Kim does a good job with all the water aerobic classes. The lifeguards are attentive especially
?Chris? early weekday mornings.
