The North Royalton YMCA offers diverse programs and activities that given everyone an opportunity to explore areas that are personally challenging.
Mrs. Evelyn is the best teacher! My kids couldn’t have learned without her. We went to multiple places to learn. A huge thank you to her!
Gym and swimming
So many classes. I love them all. The instructors are wonderful and the front desk staff are so nice and helpful.
I can challenge myself to do better and I see that with consistency and perseverance I will get better.
I use the sauna, hot tub and pool. A couple times a week when I can. I spend about an hour total. It's a nice workout.
The variety of exercise equipment to use. The kindness of the workers behind the desk when you enter and leave. The indoor track I really like.
I love your classes, but the rooms are too small for most of the classes. We can’t use the gym during the summer, so it makes it even worse.
The facility isn’t adequate for the community.
There are numerous programs which are geared to all fitness levels. I'm mostly familiar with the pool, where each class seems to enjoy the effort needed along with the instructor.
The personal trainer, Natalia, was so helpful teaching me strength exercises, being kind, encouraging yet realizing my capabilities as a senior woman. We never missed a session. We both were reliable which also made us a good team.
I learned to use a variety of machines, weights, and stretches.
I also like the walking track and the two lanes. The swimming pool exercise trainers that I worked with in the group sessions were fun to work with because they kept us motivated as well.
I primarily use the pool. The lifeguards are pleasant. The water is kept within an acceptable temperature range. The showers are generally clean. The water in the showers is hot, could be hotter.

Everyone has brought a smile to my face. Friendly and caring about everyone. They all greet with a smile and sometimes calling me with my name. Thank you to everyone who greets me and others.

Clean environment
Aquatics for all ages! Kids are so welcomed. Staff are kind, professional and friendly!
