So many varied programs, Especially for seniors.
I do like about your programs of the Silver Sneakers or silver and fit ,silver splash etc . as well as the open lanes in the pool to do Aquasize, when the jacuzzi and Sauns are operating correctly that is another thing I enjoy.

It’s nice to see YMCA in Lakewood has added body pump classes which I’m truly enjoying. After taking pure strength/body sculpt classes with the same instructor who never changed the routine, I almost canceled my membership. I’m truly enjoying the dance/Zumba classes, body pump, and rebound class on Sunday. I’m a member for life with the Y. 😊

They offer a lot of times, after work times that aren’t just 6pm. So if I get off later I’m still able to participate.

I like my instructors and my fellow class students. AOA director is new, but doing a good job, too. The people at the front desk are friendly and helpful.

I use the pool and like the available hours and friendly staff. One small request - please replace the shower benches in the Women’s locker room. Some of us need them because of physical limitations and there aren’t enough after classes.
