The programs are very organized and the time is well scheduled for you to come and take advantage of the classes that help us stay healthy 👍.
My daughter really enjoyed the high level of activity that the sports camp provided - whether it was physical activity or playing indoor games together. The camp counselors were all friendly and supportive.

Everything is great! From the people at the front desk when you walk in to my personal trainer (Sami) to the instructors (Shelley, Miriam, Elizabeth, Denise and Quineta {I'm not sure if I spelled that right!}). The front desk people are so friendly and it's obvious that Sami and the instructors enjoy what they are doing - so that positive energy gets me going too! We've been members for about a year and I've lost some weight and gained energy and with the new classes that are starting in September, I'm really excited to continue!
Great and exciting a lot of things that you can do their exercises we are at yoga just so many things that you can do is great

Wide variety of programs for all ages, from kids to old folks like me (88). I like the cleanliness& good condition of the equipment. Staff is friendly to all. Also like the diversity of members.
The pool at HIll Crest YMCA is perfect for performing an aqua aerobics workout. Also, you have a punching bag for a boxing workout.
My children went to summer camp for 3 weeks and enjoyed the daily activities, swimming twice a week and field trips. I also like think that the staff was great.
My kids loved it and had a great time.

Attend Hinges and Twinges with Rose on Tuesday and Thursday. The repetitive motions definitely helps with arthritis in various areas of the body.
Wednesday excerises with Prince is a wonderful total body workout.
