The Geauga YMCA absolutely has the most varied and popular senior programs anywhere! The instructors are exceptional, and gear their classes to us older folks. My health is improving dramatically while attending 2-5 classes per week, and is a great opportunity to socialize with like-minded seniors!

The Y offers a variety of Silver Sneaker exercise classes as well as other activities geared to Older Active Adults such as day trips, overnight trips, longer trips, speakers, lunches out. There is something for everyone.
Additional evening , pop up classes
I swim every day at and glad it is open every and i have a lane.
We enjoy the gym 4 days a week and we also enjoy the hot tub when it is up to temp.
They helped to build community!

We appreciate the fun activities like bus trips and social gatherings. It's a great venue to do things with our neighbors. Everyone at the Geauga YMCA is so helpful and genuine. We also like the speakers who come and inform us of things related to the elderly.

I like this YMCA because I don't have o sign up every month for the same class that I take.
Probably because there is almost unlimited space for the class in gym. This Y is very clean and nice and have very nice people at the desk when you enter !!!
It’s a great gym. Great set up. Good circuit for the equipment. Have not done the classes yet. Pool looks great. Can’t wait to try.

We enjoy using the equipment and chatting with others who are there. Staff is always very friendly when we arrive or leave.
One of the things I like most about the YMCA is the staff. They are easily accessible and extremely helpful. I also love the pickleball program.
I like the variety. I mainly play pickleball. I have done the exercise class, a few programs with speakers and a lunch once. I’ve met a lot of friendly and nice people

I take advantage of the physical fitness equipment. I have been coming since I retired almost 10 years ago and the physical fitness equipment has enabled me to lose 80 lbs and to increase my strength.
