Really like working with Mike as my trainer.

I love the active Older Adults program. Diane does a great job of organizing a lot of great activities. She is a very welcoming and friendly person. I also love the senior fitness classes run by Melanie and Sue. They both do a great job of leading great and healthy work outs for our age group. They both are also very friendly and welcoming.

Everyone is very friendly, the facility is nice and there are a lot of opportunities.

I use the workout room mainly. I really appreciate how clean it is kept and that the employees are always very pleasant. The machinery is kept in good working condition. I also enjoy the pool and hot tub. Nice to relax after a workout.

I only use the exercise machines.

Everyone is very helpful. I haven't started any programs.

It would be nice if it didn't go down so much.
