Variety of both class type and times
Nathaniel loves to swim!
great water exercise programs and very nice members
I enjoy the flexibility of coming when I am available for both the pool and the equipment room. I especially enjoy the pool.
Great facility, with very good instructors.
I love the size of the pool. Wish the pool and hot tub were both open at the same time.
I enjoy the pool most days during the week. The place is relatively clean and the staff is very pleasant.
I like the water Zumba classes and Jan’s evening water classes. However the life guards do not help individuals that need assistance.
Lots of variety
Something for everyone
Cleanest facility I’ve ever seen!
Helpful and friendly staff
Helps keep the kids active, off of their electronics and teaches them good values in their daily life.
Silver sneakers. Nice people on staff.
Lots of workout related activities. Friendly staff.
I attend Silver Sneakers classes 3-4 days a week. I am now in better health than I have been in years. I also enjoy the day trips organized by Diane Gorom.

The leadership and the counselors for the summer camp are GREAT!
Kendall does an AMAZING job running the summer camp program. The kids are engaged, the variety of activities are awesome. I would definitely recommend this program
Every thing is great but I hope the hot tub gets fixed
I am not a new comer to this facility, nor is my husband. With the severity of my physical problems ,I would never go to anywhere else other than the YMCA Physical Therapy Dept.in Chardon, Ohio ,due to the wonderful care and attention I have received from the staff. Their professional attention to privacy is another reason I will continue to be a loyal Patient, at this facility.
I am very sad that the pool in the Physical Therapy Department has "died".

I wish the hot tub could get fixed.
Counselors are fantastic. Children are learning and playing. Come back home wanting to go back the next day. Super program!
Great programs
Having the Silver Sneakers allows me to use the facilities & programs ! It's a very nice space & lots of activities to choose from. My dad & I have gone on bus trips & participate in other programs as well. The facility needs some updating but I understand that's in the works.
Pickleball
Now that maintenence seems improved, your programs were always fine.
Th lunch meeting with Heinens and other nutritionists
I like the current in the pool and the sauna.
My kids love sports camp. The counselors are great. Everyday they talk about how much fun they had and their camp friends. As a parent it is a relief that the kids are at a place where we fully trust that they are safe and well supervised. Every year coming back to see familiar counselors just reinforces how great the sports camp is. The entire school year my 9 year old asked if he was going back to sports camp.
My kid wasn’t bored
Melanie is fantastic
