Great location & lots of classes & activities. There's some new exercise equipment & I like the pool.
We haven't been members long and we only use the workout room so far. It's usually not too crowded so we don't have to wait for equipment often. Some pieces could use some repair and we would love to see a few other pieces of equipment that we were able to use at another facility in another state.

The friendly atmosphere is welcoming for our son while he seeks to workout and maintain personal fitness in general.
We enjoy the Sliver Sneakers workouts and the AOA trips. Melonie, Sue, and Jay are great instructors. Diane Gorum does an excellent job organizing senior activities.

I love the variety of Active Older Adults classes. Great workout room and nice pool.
Fix the Hot Tub. It has been out of commission for one year plus. It is unimaginable that Management has allowed this to occur. The world is full of competent agencies that could have that problem solved once and for all. Do Your Job.
Wide range of activities available. Just started the adult archery class and really like Michael the instructor. Will be doing the lap pool too.

Theres a wide variety of activities and classes at various times and days. The older adult classes for seniors are wonderful and have great instructors, i have been attending for years. I like the routine of having classes at a set time to encourage me to get out of the house regularly and attend classes. I have met so many nice people and enjoy the socializing.
The instructor-led weight and aerobic exercises are accompanied by music, which lifts participants' souls and encourages movement while they strengthen their muscles, core functioning, lungs, and hearts. The individuals who exercise form friendly bonds with others who share a common understanding that exercising regularly boosts immune systems, generate endorphins, contribute to better balance, and strengthen their bodies. Everyone exercises at his/her own pace with weights and equipment to match abilities. Kindness abounds.
