It’s a friendly place with a lot to do. I work out upstairs with weights and go on a machine that is good for your knees. As a older woman the Y helps me keep going.

The Y has many great activities and programs to participate in. Adding pickle ball classes for beginners was fantastic and lots of fun especially for us seniors. Adding swimming classes for seniors would be a great idea for us seniors wanting to learn how to swim.
