We love the summer specialty camps (sports and art) and also the Jr. Cavs program. We appreciate the community that the boys build at the Y and the counselors/coaches who help them.

So far I have only used the pool for therapy/exercise. But I hope to try using some of your other exercise equipment soon.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Good exercise that is challenging but not too much. Great place to meet people with the same health goals. Teachers are fun and entertaining. Going to the Y is one of my “must do” activities. Wish there were more classes or larger spaces for them.

The Directors that coordinate the activities are invaluable!! There’s no other surrounding gym that offers the number of programs/classes for ALL family members!
