So many different classes for people of all ages and capabilities. They suit everyone without feeling like you aren't good enough to be there . Large amount of machines so you never have to wait long to use one. The employees are always so helpful and friendly.

the programs are soooo inclusive … from provisions for child daycare to local one day bus-trips to travel in the USA and world wide travel opportunities!! There are numerous fitness classes , spin cycle classes, various levels of yoga classes, and chess classes!! There are personal trainers available to develop personalized workouts. Not to forget the NEW EGYM where weight machines offer a specific
workout program based on your own strength level. The weights room can challenge anyone even the movie Icon. Rocky!! Numerous bikes, treadmills , ellipticals are easily accessible and avoid wait times. And there is more equipment and a trained staff on duty to help all the time.

I appreciate the wide variety of exercise choices, flexibility in timing, diverse group of fellow members, and helpful trainers, teachers and employees.
I do not appreciate the high speed that cars travel from 611 and Chester to get to T3, or even sometimes in the Y's parking lot, to get to classes before they start. I am surprised there are not accidents.

The Y is such a friendly place to visit and workout. I have met so many interesting and wonderful people since I have been coming. The facility is clean and the staff are very professional and kind. Keep up the good work!
There is such a great selection of free classes to choose from and the exercise machines are wonderful. I am currently involved in the Women on Weights Program which is a paid eight-week program that helps women at all levels of fitness become stronger. The trainer is Michelle K and she is terrific! I'm 70 and I've seen some improvement in my strength just doing everyday things.
