Our family greatly appreciated all of the thought that went into the Junior Cavs program! It was a really well-run, organized program that truly helped develop even the youngest of athletes. The right principles were taught: sportsmanship, work ethic, and being a good teammate. Both of my children really looked forward to the two days a week that we participated in this program. Hannah did such a nice job teaching the kids the game of basketball!

We love the pools and the exercise facilities as well as the inside track. Just wish that the lap pool was a few degrees warmer. We've been swimming laps in the rec pool which is warm but is not optimal.
