I really like the workout classes offered especially the cycle classes. Shelly is the nicest, and most kind instructor at the y. Jackie and Diane are really great instructors as well.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I do water therapy at the Avon Y about 3-4 afternoons a week. The aquatic director, Ryan Adams, has a great group of lifeguards. They continue to follow CDC guidelines even when Ryan is not there. I live much closer to Mercy Health Center in Amherst but prefer the Avon Y due to their cleanliness, their watchful eyes, and their 'attention to detail'.

Love all the classes I have taken. Instructors are wonderful...change up the exercise routines ..so the classes are NEVER boring.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I swim for my fitness exercise. And I realize Covid-19 has put quite a strain on the various programs @ the French Creek Y. I am grateful the pool has been able to remain open since June 1, 2020.

I also realize the difficulty of maintaining your lifeguard staff (particularly during this pandemic). I appreciate all that is being done to maintain the rec. services to each member (in all activities).

You all have a friendly and helpful staff and my hope for us all, is to see the pandemic end, and soon. We all look forward to getting back to "Normal"!

Thanks again to all your staff for the hard work they are doing to "maintain" during these trying times!

Not so much that I know about the programs, but I AM very physically active at this GREAT location! The staff could not be any more helpful and friendly. Cleanliness is an A+++.

For me it is the Silver Sneaker program. I love all the different classes.
During the pandemic, it has been a safe way to exercise and have a sense of community.
I have been a member for eight years and I have formed many friendships. It is very important to stay active and this has been the best way for me.

People are all friendly. I wish the pool schedule could be a little more consistent but I understand that there are extenuating circumstances.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Instructors are great for strength and cycling classes. Good time frame and variety for morning and evening classes. Child care helps to be able to attend classes.

All the employees are concerned on everyone’s safety and health. The exercise area they continually wipe the machines down. The life guards wipe the doors down and keeps everyone safe. The people at the front desk greets everyone with a hello and smile. Thank you to all of them!

Aquasize with Gail is BY FAR my favorite. I wish it was 3 days a week instead of just 2. The people at the front desk are VERY nice!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I use only the fitness room. I feel comfortable using the fitness room because it is large and easy to keep distance. The staff disinfects equipment, lockers and even the restroom door handles, etc., the mask rule is always enforced. There is plenty of terminator spray and hand sanitizer for our use. I appreciate that the equipment that we use in the fitness room is fairly new and kept in good repair.

I like it all. You guys are doing a great job during a difficult time. Too bad so many young people wont put that mask over their mouth and nose.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

It’s a very clean nice facility. The programs are wonderful, which have helped motivate me to go workout more. The faculty are so helpful and nice. They equipment is up-to-date. They offer so much and for a good price that doesn’t break the bank. I enjoy going and will keep my membership for a long time.
