I use the arthritis exercise program. I love it because I can easily move without pain and the rec pool is usually warm .
Water aerobics in the recreation pool!! Have had total knee and partial knee replacements and this is the best exercise for me. Love it. Would love to see Friday program also

I enjoy Deep Water Aqua Fit with Donna. Do hope you retain more Lifeguards so we can get back to having class Thursday mornings

I am going to the Hip Hop every Friday evening. The instructor makes it too much fun. I enjoy the dance programs and thank you for having them.
Your staff is excellent
Enjoy walking the track pre pandemic but sure hope it return to the full track length after things return to normalcy. Not worth using it now. Ended up with a sore right hip.
It’s been a haven for us moving back into town and not knowing many families. It helps our kids be social and us stay active. We love the swim lessons too!

Everyone is always upbeat and smiling.
The facilities are clean and everything is well organized. I enjoy the classes for exercising because many are geared toward older people.
Tough time to ask since classes have been limited due to covid.

The arthritis exercises make me feel so much better. I am so glad that all the precautions are being taken, and that twice weekly sessions are still being held . I also enjoy all of Dr. Gupta’s health talks. He is an outstanding speaker, and I have learned much from his talks.!
