I only participate in the aqua classes. The classes are very intense, I can really feel them working to strengthen my body! I would like more than one evening classes for those of us still working! Due to COVID I am fortunate to work from home & have made arrangements with my manager to take an early extended lunch hour to be able to do the 9:00 class 2x week., however that isn't going to last much longer. Then have been trying to do my own thing on weekends trying to improve my back issues, trying to avoid surgery. I think the classes should be able to accommodate more people, this getting up at midnight to register for a class, just to get a spot is awful, unable to go back to sleep, awake for several hours & have to be up early to start work.(eve 5 or 6 would be more accommodating) Then heaven forbid you take someone spot, because you need to be in a little deeper water (they are short on top of it) - but that is people & you have no control of their courtesy to others. Facility has been clean & well maintained. It is great to see all the flyers & promotions for bus trips, I look forward to taking a trip in the near future (still nervous about the COVID situation, I think it is to soon for no mask - people aren't honest about if thehy have been vaccinated).
The instructors are very good, they make you feel comfortable in doing what they ask

The people, trip coordinator. All well done even with the inevitable glitches we can laugh, enjoy the commaradarie and move on.
I especially like the outdoor classes.

Enjoy the AOA programs. I've enjoyed the classes, instructors and always look forward to meet with active people in a friendly place.

Siiver Sneakers and AOA programs
I enjoy the group AOA classes because we get physical exercise that helps us to stay active. The exercises promote flexibility, strength and balance. The social aspect of these classes has been priceless. Making new friends, sharing a laugh, and having fun are mentally beneficial.
