Besides the mvp experience, the primary reason for being a loyal customer for years are the people that work there. All the stylists that have cut my hair are amazing. As a manager I know the best part of a business are the people that show up and do the work.
Price increase is tough to swallow even though this particular shop has brought back the loyalty cards.
