Even though I just got a haircut the prior, I went back in for an adjustment because I was frustrated with my cowlicks. Explained to Eric (from S. Hurstbourne location, working at Middletown location that day) why I was there to cut off the longer hair on top that I had been working on for several months, because I have to use way too much product to hold down my hair/cowlicks. Eric asked what product I was using and said "wait, lets try something first." He grabbed some different product in his hand and showed me how to get the results I wa safter. So I am happy to not have to cut off the longer hair on top I was going for, and not pay for another haircut the following week because of my cowlicks. So I am very happy with Eric and appreciate his efforts before just cutting my hair off!
