I think the Hurstbourne location needs to add more stylists. The waitlist sometimes closes due to a shortage of stylists.
The quality of the haircut, I get my hair cut the same way every time and every time it’s exactly how I want it done. And the staff is always super friendly and professional even when they are short staffed and they are short staffed most of the time so the fact that they are super busy most of the days and they still keep it professional and friendly and so a really great job speaks volume.
