And the staff is always super friendly and professional even when they are short staffed and they are short staffed most of the time so the fact that they are super busy most of the days and they still keep it professional and friendly and so a really great job speaks volume.

I had spoken with Mattie early in the week. She helped me when to check in to coordinate with my work schedule. Gave me a fffrrreeessshhhh cut and goatee trim. First class all the way!
Had issues with the online checkin but I got there at opening and got checked in fine. I felt bad for the girls cutting hair cause they were answering phones all day. And the boss wasn't answering to help solve the problem. Everything they did well.
The wait was short, the facilities were clean and attractive, and the stylist was personable and helpful Most importantly, I was pleased with my haircut!

I think the Hurstbourne location needs to add more stylists. The waitlist sometimes closes due to a shortage of stylists.
