I always get a good haircut and I like being able to check-in online so I can make sure my preferred stylists are there and to save me time.
No need for an appointment; able to check in online; ability to request a specific barber; reasonable pricing structure for a variety of hair-care options; roomy waiting area.
The staff
Stylists know what cut you prefer before start. Also same stylists allows you to get consistent cut. Sunday wait was longer than usual but there were 3 staff on duty. Just heavy demand that day. Happy with service.

Love the service! Staff is always very friendly and professional. This was not done while I was there, but something I have noticed over time is the movement of stylist locations in the store. Seems counter productive and a waste of employee's time because of the additional time it takes to transfer equipment from station to station. Seems like you would want the employees to remain in one location to eliminate delay of services and dollars paid for movement. Would also probably not be a moral killer for the staff.
Mary should be less ruder one the phone. And she needs to show better customer service.

Online registration is genius
The staff was very friendly and since I was a new client I got a double MVP. That is one of the best experiences I could ever get at a barbershop. I'll definitely be back to SportsClips in the future.
