It is easy to make an appointment through the app and I like that I can see an estimated wait time. I also like that they are able to see the notes from my usual hairstylist in Topeka. It made the transition to a different store easy, and I was able to get the haircut I wanted with little explanation.

I wanted to give a shout out to stylist Kim on the great trim I got. It is exactly what I needed and I will return. Olathe is not my usual Sport Clips. Since my usual one has been "offline" for days and days when I needed them, it was by a stroke of luck that I got Kim. I will go back again and I will request her specifically! Thanks, Kim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best haircut ever including from "posh" salons that cost over twice as much (before the tip!!)
