Courtney is always fantastic! I'm very happy with my haircut.
My one gripe about Sports Clips is the app. Courtney doesn't usually start her shift until 5pm, so I cannot get in line to choose her until 5pm. By the time 5pm rolls around, the entire queue is full until close of business. You should allow someone to be requested before their shift starts.
She was kind and engaging she made the hair cut fun and enjoyable.
