The app on the other hand was TERRIBLE. It took me at least an hour of f opening and closing the app to be able to check in on line. Ridiculous.

Sarah is the best! The app has many issues though. Trying to login and set favorite places is not good.
I like being able to check in online so I don't have to wait so long in the lobby. It's always busy because they do good work.
I've had a few negative experiences at different Sport Clips locations, but Tara from the location off of Wanamaker in Topeka was fantastic! She's so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My son had a terrible cut at a different location in Kansas City, but Tara fixed it right up and made him look amazing!
