I feel as though the staff is more experienced or better trained than other barbers in the area for the price. It’s great value for money. I continue to use Caitlin I feel as thorough with my hair cut, I got tired of using other barbers and getting home to find long hairs in random places and around my ears.

Love Robbie who does our families' hair. Major complaint is that your app is not good at all. 50% of the time when I want to make a reservation, I try to log-in and it says my password not working or "error" on site. I keep trying and trying the app, and eventually have to call and ask them to add me. Many times i'm doing this while driving as it's an impulse or unplanned cut but happen to be close by, which is even more frustrating because I'm driving distracted.
If you are going to try and save labor costs by forcing customers to make reservation only online, and obviously attempt to steer customers to the app vs. over the phone appts - then at least put the resources into an app that works and that's user friendly. I can tell you... I'm forced to go to a competitor maybe 25% of the time, not because I don't like the stylists at Sports Clips - but because you make it too hard to make an appointment via the app, I give up out of frustration or just pop in somewhere else vs. getting aggravated. Shouldn't be an inconvenience for the customer to spend money in your store.
Plenty of other options out there that charge way less than $25.00 and regularly offer coupons - fix your appointment process or it will right itself eventually, and not in a good way for SC.
