I like how fast and efficient the process is and how friendly everyone is.
I love the MVP service (I always get a double!) because I can go home without having hair clippings making me itchy until I wash my hair and because they are so relaxing.
My hair stylist Libby did a great job and went the extra mile to make me look good.
It was a great experience she did amazing job The only thing that I really kind of complain about is the pricing I mean I basically get my head shaved and for shaving my head you guys charge $10 more which $10 more than an already ridiculous price I mean I'm literally in the chair maybe 7 minutes! So you know the pricing is getting a little ridiculous for sure but other than that I mean the store was great they got me right in and the girl that did my hair shaved my head was amazing!
The two staff members were so delightful...both kind and wanted to make sure the cut was right.

I like the service, the stylist make notes on the size and type of cut you prefer so next time you come in for a cut they know what they did the last time without you trying to explain it again.
