I’ve never been disappointed with any Dodge, RAM, Chrysler, or Jeep I’ve owned. The salesmen are always knowledgeable and friendly, but never pushy. The service department is excellent. There have been a few times that I’ve had a problem that no one else could find, and the Don Franklin crew has kept at it until they found the problem and fixed it. The service prices are also VERY reasonable.
The team was quick to assist me on the lot and help me find what i was looking for. Once inside, they quickly worked with me to find a deal within my budget and got me on the road in my new Jeep!
