We were looking for a specific vehicle and Don Franklin was able to provide that. Everyone we worked with was extremely pleasant. All of our questions were answered completely. This is one of the few dealerships I have entered that I did not immediately feel pressured to buy. We were given time to talk privately with one another before making a decision. Everyone went above and beyond to walk us through the entire process and to explain the features on the vehicle we purchased.
