I find the service department at Don Franklin Chevrolet Campbellsville to be very friendly, and helpful. They work with me to meet my needs in the most efficient way without sacrificing the quality of service that I am receiving. I would highly recommend the service department, where with confidence you can take your vehicle for a good and complete repair. I like how easy it is to schedule an appointment and once you’re there you’re in and out in a timely manner.
The service guys are friendly and helpful.....BUT I've been in 3 times in 4 months and finally got my car fixed for a thermostat problem about ....$2,000. Later. But I guess that's how it is now that they only read codes and don't actually test and diagnose problems bases on their experience and knowledge.
