Don Franklin as a brand has the best vehicle warranty in the business. I don’t have to fight for warranty claims Don Franklin recommends them. Don Franklin Campbellsvile is outstanding. They have the best people and the best service. I live in Nashville but I make the drive every time to Kentucky because I know I will be cared for. There’s allot of BS out there but Don Franklin keeps me on the road and I recommend them to anyone purchasing a car. I’ll never buy a vehicle anywhere else!
Excellent service
The service associate was great about accommodating me and getting me in. However, you need to fix the online booking system. This is the second time I have booked online and got a confirmation and showed up to be told I do not have an appointment. Happened in Bardstown previously as well. Figure it out or turn it off.

As soon as we pulled in to the dealership we were already being approached by Jared Hollins who was quick to help us with anything we needed and was very kind and professional. The purchase process was quick and easy. Given the circumstances it took us to get the vehicle and our trouble with another dealership not informing us that the vehicle was not in fact sold after saying it was; the dealership gave us a deal on the vehicle which was much appreciated and really showed just how important customer service is to them. I would highly recommend Don Franklin of Campbellsville and would like to do business with this dealership on the future.
