Your service department is the TOTAL reason I purchase my vehicles there at Don Franklin!! The sale is only the small part of the transaction. The next 1-10 years you deal with service!! Gary Lambert and his staff are amazing. They have always taken care of my jeeps and worked me in IF it was an emergency and I had to drive out of town. When you are single and have no family members to help you in the entire state, being able to count on Gary and his staff is extraordinary!!!! I can’t say enough good about this amazing staff!!! I just want to say “THANK YOU” for always being there!!

My salesman was Cody Bumpus. He is one of the finest men I've met in a long time. He made every effort to see that I was happy before I left the dealership. He was polite, professional and friendly. He stayed in touch without being pushy or fake. I generally hate dealing with salespersons but truly enjoyed talking with him. He is someone who I would consider a friend if I was around him on a regular basis. When I get ready to buy again I will look for him to deal with even though he is 300 miles from my home. I will also recommend him to anyone.
