Courtesy, efficient, friendly, good communication skills, comfortable, clean, well appointed waiting area (lounge) with water, coffee, tea, condiments, well equipped snack vending machine, etc. Every employee I saw was pleasant and seemed happy to be working there and appreciative of every customer.
