" Friday, January 16th. was my planned, monthly visit, to visit the Sycamore/DeKalb Sports Clips facility. My goal is to always arrive early enough that I am one of the first four to enter and sign in. Upon my arrival that day, I was early and low and behold, there was a three person bench outside the facility. I usually try to arrive 15-20 minutes early to stand and get my place in line. What a wonderful site as at least, three of us could have a seat and visit comfortably until 9:00. and sure enough, when 9:00 came the door opened and there was Shanna, the manager, greeting us with a smile and by name, wishing us a good morning. Being 81 years old and not into alot of the "high tech" procedures, she automatically programs my reservation time and I have a seat. I have watched her do this for many of her other regular customers. No question regarding how I want my cut as she has been my stylist for many years and immediately begins the task " at hand". As always, very professional, conscientious, and sincere. I observe the other stylists with her and they too, do a great service for their customers and also respect Shanna. The facility is very neat, clean, many products are easily on display, display posters for the different types of cuts are very visible, with prices and there were even cut out snowflakes on the wall with the names of all the stylists, a name on each snowflake. A great marketing feature which also adds a personal touch. Another wonderful visit , a great haircut as usual and I am already looking forward to next month's visit. Oh yes, I am also using one of the products and am very satisfied ."

Firstly the online check-in experience through the app is great. I love that I can see who is working and can select the right hairstylist.
The service is always wonderful with a personal touch. Small things are remembered and taken care of. My hairstylist (Carly Mae) has been around for a while and makes sure that she takes care of every small detail and is always friendly and respectful. I am sure others are also the same, but I always look for her to be around before I make an appointment.
