Online appointment system works very well. Karen my stylist was professional, easy to talk with, and did agreat job on my haircut. Listened to my description of how I wanted my hair cut.
The stylist took the time to discuss hair care with my 15 yr old son, make recommendations on cleaning his scalp, and listening to his concerns, while balancing what I (mom) vs. what son wanted.
