First the whole sports theming. Feels like a guy place. Easy check in process, they have notes from your previous visits and confirm whether or not you want the same. The MVP Treatment..simply put...what a mani-pedi is to the ladies, the mvp is to the men. From the hot towel, scalp massage and vibrating chair...one can forgiven if they doze off. The only real flaw in the whole experience...No Cognac or cigar is available AND a full shave with the suicide razor. But i digress...You want to treat yourself...this is one way to do it.
I request the same stylist (Elena) at each visit. I only visit every 2-3 months, but I receive the same care and attention during every visit, and I walk out the door with a great haircut.
