Consistently excellent service with Valentina, she is very accommodating. As the store manager, she is never too busy to greet every customer who walks through the door when she is at her station. The place is always clean and well-maintained.

For some years now I have gotten my hair cut by Diane A. at the Algonquin, Il. shop. She's always friendly and converses freely while doing a great job on my hair. She doesn't overly push your products but suggests using them in an unagressive tone, which I have. She's an absolute credit to your company...Steve Kostelny
