I return for a specific stylist. Carlymae Bryan is the reason I return. Her customer services is top notch. She goes above and beyond for customer service. Her skill is amazing. Her personality makes her easy to talk to. She's the only reason I go because your company charges way too much. So in short I return due to specific employee. She makes it worth while.

I was paying almost twice as much before I came back to Sportsclips. I went away for a few years, but had been a customer a Cary's stores since 2006. I followed a stylist from Naperville to Batavia & left when she did.

I've been going to this location for many years and always receive great service. My last visit was exceptional, my stylist took extra time care to pay attention to every detail. I believe her name was Ashley.
Not having to have an appointment, but being able to get in-line remotely and being able to plan when you will need to be there. Having sports on the TV's. Typically friendly and receptive stylist.
App is awesome, easy checking, friendly stylists and reasonable price.
Awesomeness!!! Morgan was attentive, listened to what I wanted and cut my hair with great precision! I definitely will be coming back!! I brought my 12 year old son a couple days later and the young lady that cut hus hair was amazing! She cut his hair just right! He can be one picky kid, but he was super happy with his new cut and how his stylist heard what he wanted and boom💥 made it happen!! Sorry did not get the young lady's name. The team here are top notch!! You will not be disappointed!! Thank You
The hair cut was great but there was an issue with the amount of time was allowed to me there was a weel chair customer and they had trouble getting him in the chair and it seemed that I was rushed

I was happy with my hair cut. I was pleased with the service and the check in and the friendliness of Leanne. I was a little disappointed at the price increase. I was also aggravated that the policy of a discount for a buzz cut was eliminated . For an old guy who is low maintenance, the haircut is a chore and the fact that a buzz cut is all that’s needed was a point of pride. Now you’re taking that away too.

Being able to select the stylist that I want to see on the app is a great feature.

In general the app is great, its easy to use, has a pretty accurate wait list countdown and sends just the right amount of reminders.
