Every time I go to watch a movie at Santikos, the employees are friendly and the theater and restrooms are always clean.
The food is always fresh and made to order. I specifically like the fiesta cheeseburger and fries. I also like the rewards system that allows me to redeem for food/drinks. This helps when I bring my whole family.
Very customer oriented. Place is clean an well kept. Your self-serve drink and popcorn dispensers are unique and enjoyable.

FRIENDLY, MODERN & NOT OVERBEARING.
During the pandemic, Santikos was the only local theater that stayed open for their customers, I have a new appreciation for Santikos when they stayed open with very few customers visiting the theaters during the pandemic. We normally visit Cibolo or Embassy and they are always clean and popcorn is hot and very tasty. We love the rewards program and receive free sodas on a regular basis.
Everything the seats and games the only thing the rest rooms need to keeped up with them. But over all it's awesome.
Cibilo and Palladium are the best locations.

I just moved back from Austin and I had forgotten how great Santikos was. The service, the facilities, and the experiences are always A+. And a rewards system that actually gives back. There isn’t a single visit where I don’t at least get a free candy. I’m a proponent of watching films on the theater and no better place to do so than Santikos! Thank you, all!
Our Santikos theatre is very clean. We really enjoy watching movies there. The buying ticket process is effortless. We always get popcorn an a drink! Highly recommend

Well I have always gone to the santikos and I have never had no problem yet so yes I would tell my family and friends and let them know that they can play video games they also have laser tag they also have a virtual reality dance and paintball and bowling so they think they would love it as well as I did my took my grandkids and they loved it thank you Ms Last name removed
Cleanness and customer service
Santikos Cibolo is a great example of how theaters have evolved to become true entertainment centers with deluxe seating, various concession items, and multiple activities such as bowling, laser tag, and a larger arcade.
