Clean facilities, satisfying cuisine,and fair and transparent business approach (e.g., you went all card for transactions but it's well advertised and you set-up a card purchase capability for anyone not having a card). Big ten from my perspective.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Santikos is great. The only improvements are in the building designs. There needs to two sets of restrooms for each end of the hallway. Also, Cibolo should have been better themed with a stagecoach section (Selma), native American (Cibolo) with Buffaloes and a retro air force plane (Rabdolph) section. The first Oscar movie was filmed here.

Service is great. Clean restrooms. Theater is clean. Food is awesome.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Great big reclining chairs, full bar, my wife LOVES the epic nachos. My wife will wait to eat just to enjoy Epic Nachos. The AVX is a big screen with lush full sound to really experience blockbuster movies. I always get points with my loyalty rewards. It's easy to book movies and select seats. We are a big Santikos family!

We love Santikos. I had made the mistake of forgetting to pick up my fries 40 minutes into the movie and when I went to pick them up they offered to remake them as they were cold. Great customer service!!! Thank you.

Ever since I read about John L Santiago’s foundation it bought be great joy to know that this foundation was all about helping others. So when I think I’m just setting down watching my movie and enjoying the snacks, I’m also helping others and that brings GREAT JOY to my heart. Me and my family will continue to support Santiago’s Theater just because of what they stand behind,”HELPING OTHERS”.

Santikos Cibolo is an amazing movie location. This theatre is so clean and the people are absolutely amazing. I love the self serve popcorn and drink stations. The pizza and Philly cheese steak is also amazing.

Ease and value, $5 Tuesday. I need to purchase an ADA seat, so I purchase in advance to be sure to have that. I don't appreciate having to pay $3.70 for a "reservation." I don't feel anyone should have to do this.
