We always choose Santikos over any other theater and go in about once a month at least… this time was frustrating when purchasing our tickets though. The app isn’t showing the cibolo location and I even deleted the app and downloaded again. Also, I had to go in to get our tickets because the website wouldn’t take our payment and kept giving me issues picking our seats. Overall, it was a good experience there but the online ticketing was a mess which isn’t common so I’m not sure what the issue was yesterday.

The environment and people are great and friendly. The food is also delicious and my family always has a great time when I take them.

Everything except the app not working for the Cibolo location.

I’ve always enjoyed Santikos in Cibolo. Theater is usually clean and parking is never an issue. I enjoy the set up of the theater, Kiosk, and access to refills for drinks and popcorn. Concession stand workers are friendly.

My family and I are movie buffs and love the experience of going to the movies. We have gone to every kind of theater that you can think of in many different countries, so I would say we have a pretty good idea of the type of theater we prefer. Santikos Cibolo is definitely our go-to theater. We switched from Regal years ago and have never looked back. We really enjoy the entire experience! We actually enjoy the food a lot and the staff are always really nice. It is fun to get there a little early to play some games and just spend family time bonding. We really appreciate the Santikos brand and our local theater, Santikos Cibolo!

Santikos located in Cibolo has got to be my favorite location. They are always very polite and quick. The restrooms are clean and so is the lobby.

Friendly staff, clean facility, just love it overall

Guest services greeted us with a smile and were very friendly. The concession stand was on top of their game with little to no wait time. The theater was very comfy and far cleaner than most other theaters. We didn’t have time for the bowling or arcade but we will definitely go back.
