I love Santikos Cibolo. The whole entertainment experience is great fun for the whole family. The Theaters are clean and comfortable. The snacks and food are sit down restaurant quality. Just an overall fabulous experience.

Pretty straightforward experience. We’ve been visiting since it opened a few years ago and we don’t go to any other theater.

My rewards app wasn't working and phone number not working at kiosk as well. The manager kindly answered my questions and was able to help me get my points adjusted correctly. Great atmosphere and clean environment.

Clean theater , fair prices. Sodas taste watery for our last few visits. Coke Zero and Diet Pepper. This is our favorite theater.

I love the fact that you can refill your drink cup even though they are big enough. The seats are very comfortable and the theatre is clean. They donate to the Brighton School so I know a portion of my money goes to a great cause. That is why I like Santikos.

Love the theater would not see a movie anywhere else!! Love the rewards and the military Mondays.

Santikos food service is much better than the movie theater near it. We went to others where we didn’t get the food until after the movie was over. Santikos has better entertainment for the kiddos too. I also like the rewards. There’s never been a time I went to a movie & I couldn’t use my rewards. The movie theater is always clean & the chairs are comfortable. My husband & I are retired Army veterans & I just had knee surgery & were able to get seats in which I don’t have to walk all the way up. Overall they’re a 10 out of 10.

It helps that the theater is so close by, but the seats are super comfortable, the food is good and the staff is efficient.

I like the flexibility of the different movie times, bathrooms are plentiful, love the atmosphere and plenty of things to do before and after the movie. I also noticed that they have upgraded their sound system.

You have Coke Zero and it tastes like it is supposed to, I like the bowling alleys and movie theater, I like the reclining seats and I love the sound quality.

Evo's popcorn tastes much fresher, but overall I like the cause of Santikos and how they give back.

Great movie experience…but the app needs to improve. We usually see films at the Cibolo theater but can’t reliably get that location to show up on the Santikos app. The app is also glitchy during ticket purchase. On my last purchase (Dune 2 at Cibolo), I selected 2 seats on the website, but when the checkout screen came up it said 3 seats. I tried to change the seat count on the checkout screen, or return to the seat selection screen, but the system would not permit it. So, I exited the site and was able to purchase 2 different seats (the 2 I had tried to buy earlier were still blocked). Then the tickets I bought never arrived, so I had to call the “Contact Us” number to have the tickets emailed. All in all, the experience was far more “glitchy” than I’ve ever found the Santikos ticketing process to be.

We drive about an hour ever week to visit this Santikos in particular. They're always friendly and clean. Love the atmosphere here.

I love that Santikos gives back to the community. I love the discounted military and first responder nights. I love the points that accrue for free stuff!

The staff members at the ticket purchasing station and at concessions were exceptionally friendly and conversational. They made the transactions feel less like transactions and more like interactions among friends or peers.
Plus, the theater was clean and comfortable. So, it was a very relaxing experience to sit and enjoy the movie.
