The theatre is very clean and I like the seats that recline. These seats are very spacious with a table top and cup holder right in front of you. The concessions are self-serve which I enjoy, now I can butter my popcorn how I like, and the variety of drinks. I did not try the food but I will on our next trip.

Clean, easy purchase for tickets & snacks
Popcorn is not as good as it use to be. Lots of unpopped kernels and kernel pieces. Sometimes popcorn tastes stale or burnt.
Most everything else is awesome and Santikos is my only choice for going to the movies.
Crew are friendly. So far I see it's clean. Of course, rewards system.

$5 TUESDAYS and reward points. My son goes to see practically every movie that comes out and writes short reviews to post and encourages his Discord buddies to go to the theater to see good movies. One time, to avoid All the kids that would be out on Christmas break, he saw 11 movies in one week! He likes your food too.
There’s a good feeling knowing what to expect from going out. Santikos always has dependable, polite service. Clean and safe environment for my family. The contributions to the local community, help sway our fun time destination as well.

I have made multiple social media posts that have garnered more than 15 million views about santikos specifically cibolo. What I’ve gathered is that people (including my family) love the self serve options. It keeps us from going anywhere else.
