I love the reward program. It directly benefits the customers. The Cibolo location is always clean and friendly. From purchasing tickets, ordering food and enjoying the movie- everything is seamless. I also love $5 Tuesdays.

I love that Santikos is showing Angel Studios movies. It's hard to find clean entertainment so I appreciate Santikos for that.

Love the theater but my only complaint is that every time o go it is hard to find a soda machine that gives the right mixture. It’s almost always not enough syrup and all soda.

I wasn't able to make the showing that I had purchased tickets for due to unforseen circumstances. It's was very easy to communicate the issue and reschedule/refund the tickets to watch at a different time.Good customer service.
