Nice staff very clean.
Loved the size of the theater and the very comfortable seats. It was a little cold inside, so I'm glad I brought a jacket with me. I wished that Unsweet Ice Tea was available. I liked the facility very much and watched a great movie.

We enjoy the all in one ability for fun with bowling, VR, arcade and movies. We also enjoy the good bbn pricing on these choices
The environment was great..... the seating was AWESOME and the food for the price was so PLENTIFUL!!!!! Video games, bowling and virtual gameplay and laser tag.....

The staff was very polite and the theater was clean.
We brought my daughter and a few friends to bowl and play arcades. It wasn’t crowed so we enjoyed our time there. The food great, just a little pricey for what you get but over all experience was great. We will be back for a movie

We Iove this experience! It's not just a theatre to me, but an experience! I love the patio and live music, bowling, vibe, and the food! The theatres are awesome and very comfortable! The AVX is awesome with Dolby Atmos ! It's a great place to hang out and we have been there just about every weekend since it opened and will continue to go! We can't wait till the other places open around it! Thank you Santikos!!

Awesome venue
Yesterday my lady and I visited the theater at Cibolo. We had a very nice time and couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. A few weeks ago we visited this theater and I filled out a survey, giving a 4 of 5. I was contacted via email by the Assistant General Manager Mrs. Dibiasio as to what they could do to make our visit better. This inquiry alone shows that management cares and that alone was enough for me to give this theater a 5 of 5. However, not only was there feedback but also a nice gesture to come back to the theater. So we did, and from the initial coming throught the front doors to our seating in the movie, it was all great. We ordered a pizza and it tasted great as well as our popcorn. The seats in the theater are super comfortable, and it the sound and movie screen were exceptional. Thank you very much to all at this theater.

How friendly employees are, how clean it is, the food has good quality and it’s delicious. It has a great family atmosphere. I like how it helps the city of Cibolo and give jobs to the youth without experience so that they have the opportunity to work. It’s my favorite place to go with my family.
My wife and I decided to finally compare this new establishment against the competition, literally right next door. We walked into Santikos, the manager greeted us with a smile, and took a minute to inform us of all amenities including an outdoor patio with live music. The staff were well dressed, and extremely polite and helpful. The food and drinks were fantastic! The layout of the Cibolo Santikos was done exceptionally well. With all the activities that you can do in one building, each activity was strategically place so as to not cause any negative affect on another one. One would expect mass chaos with loud bowling, kids, games, theaters, but there wasn't any. The experience was 100X better than we anticipated!
The competition on the other hand was complete chaos. We walked in the door with no one greeting us but loud kids, games, and bowling. All activities are facing each other except the theaters, which makes sitting at the bar extremely annoying. The bar was filthy, the staff wore plain street clothes, it took forever to get someone to clean off the bar, and then get our first drink. The outdoor patio is the front entrance, which makes it very uncomfortable to sit at. When we finished our drink, the bartender told us the computers were down and since that was the case, we could just leave without paying. What?? We insisted that we pay for our drinks, he had no clue what a beer and a vodka/soda cost, so he threw a number at us of $14.**. We put a $20 on the bar and couldn't get out of there fast enough.
We then traveled back to Santikos to hang for a bit more, and I told the fantastic manager our experience, to which he brought over a guy that was involved in the layout/construction of the building and another one that was in charge of food and beverage, so they could take in our experience first hand. It was a fantastic 20 minute conversation, and i told them not to change a thing!
Keep up the good work Santikos Cibolo, and your neighbor will eventually fade into the night!
I like the seats, the theater, I like the $4 bucket of popcorn, and I like the food. I do not like that the theater does not go completely dark during the movie, that I cannot bring a drink in with me, and that I can't purchase tickets on line with my rewards account. I have purchase them as a a guest and then remember to go to the service desk to get my name added to a binder and they don't get applied anyway. I also don't like the fact that I have to pay an extra dollar per ticket on line.
Always loved going to movies at most Santikos. Icee refills is my favorite. Stadium seating and drink and food options are great. Only think i am not a big fan of is the arcade section. Seems like it is geared towards younger kids. Evo has a great arcade for all ages. If i am going to watch a movie it will be at Santikos everytime.
