Best theater experience ever! My father (91) passed away recently and he and my mother never went to the "movies." Loosing a parent is a journey we will all experience and never want to! It's been so hard to see my little mama miss her husband of 57 years. She is 76, yes she married early. What does this have to do with Santikos. Some how after my dad's passing and months of grieving and finding her way to this new way of life. She discovered she loves the "movies!" So, movies it is! We have been to more movies since you opened than she has ever been to in her life, lol! She lives at by Garden Ridge so, your complex is close. It's also affordable for me to be able to pay for both of us and even popcorn and a coke from time to time. She has laughed more (she does not like scary or sad movies.) I'm not sure why I feel compelled to tell you all this. I guess because when you run an entertainment business you may not realize the joy you may be bringing someone, even a precious new widow trying to find her way on a new journey. Thank you to all the smiling faces and kind staff. You all are doing an amazing job!

Awesome theatre. Only place I go to see movies now.

Seating is great. Theater is very clean even considering the limited amount of time between showings. Staff is very helpful. Some of the older managment staff seem to be impatient with the younger employees. Some starbucks coffee like Casa Blanca would be great. I do think that the small cup of coffee from your Keurig is a bit of a rip off for almost 4 bucks. I like to drink a venti during early showings. So it was a disappointment to see the coffee coming from a k cup

I love the My Big Fat Greek Pizza.

Clean new theater. I like the refill popcorn bucket. I would like a child care center like they do at Harkins Theatres.

We like everything, from the greatest at door when we came in, to a clean and friendly environment through out our visit.

We won’t go every month, like we use to go when we were over seas. Because it a little to pricey here, but we will go at least every 3 months.

Management was wonderful. My family and I enjoyed every bit of our stay . We had an issue during our movie and it was resolved. Again thank you to the staff and management for taking great care of us.
