Cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable seats, we like the food trays at each seat, very up to date. Great location. Rewards program we like it.

Overall excellent experience. The theater was clean, the food was good and the arcade was a lot of fun.

The only complaint I have is that when I bought a Santikos Entertainment Card, I did not receive any membership points. I spent a butt load of money playing in the arcade and no points were added.

Please have someone contact me and tell how to add those point to my membership

Easy to book a reservation/show online. Theater is nice, spacious, and recliner seats are comfortable. Concession stand attendants are friendly and helpful!

Great venue! Everything went well except the online ticket purchase. Like most newly issued cards, my new Visa card does not have the card numbers on the front of the card. No one uses the old ”roller impression” process to capture card info for purchases these days, so card issuers are removing the embossed account info from the front, and simply printing it on the back instead. So, the “photo” process the Santikos app uses to capture a card’s info needs to be changed to handle the new card’s info format.

My family and I normally attend your facility at least three times a month.
It is a very nice movie theater and
very clean movie theater.
I wanted to actually speak with somebody as well about doing a (barter system)to clean your carpets.
I would like to provide services two times a month to maintain the cleanliness of your carpets in exchange to visit with my family and watch a movie and enjoy the food and games.
In return your carpets will be cleaned twice a month/ I will clean the dirty J and main areas
Where it is high volume of traffic.
