The staff was very friendly. We had bought tickets the day before but then changed our minds on where we wanted to sit. The staff was very flexible and took care of it immediately. I enjoy the Santikos Rewards and the specials that you have (Military Monday and $4 Tuesday). Gives us a great excuse to go to the movies. The theater is always clean. Like that we can fill our drinks ourselves and your pizza is excellent. So glad you are in Cibolo!!

The cinema was clean and and the movie experience was great! We cake on a Monday morning so there weren’t many customers at the time besides us. The seats were comfortable and snacks were good. I love your app also and the loyalty program. The only thing was that it really wasn’t made clear how to get a ticket if you are redeeming a free one. There are ticket purchasing kiosks at the front but we couldn’t figure out how to get our free tickets till we walked to the customer service booth and were told you can’t redeem free movie tickets at the kiosk.

Sure would like having waiter service within the theater so when we need additional food & drinks, we would not miss the movie. Will be going to EVO for all "date night" movies.

Nice theater. Popcorn was fresh and hot. I like the set up of being able to self serve and I like the reclining seating.

I love the theaters and seats, however, the customer service needs a lot of work! Five of us went to buy tickets. The cashier took a simple transaction into a convoluted mess. It took three times as long for us to buy tickets involving rewards put on wrong accounts and cancelled payments..AND WHY do I have to pay extra to buy a ticket in the lobby? That should be a cost saving feature. The concession stand proved to be just as frustrating. The cashier took almost 20 minutes with one customer while the line grew to almost 15 people. When another cashier opened another line, the cash register wasn’t working properly, and she couldn’t help the patrons in line. The whole process was a mess.

I arrived 30 minutes early and still missed the previews (my favorite) And the first few minutes of the movie.

I know it’s not always like this. But something has to be done with talent development.
