Love the seats, free refill on drinks, the food is great, selection of alcohol is reasonable, and the arcade room, virtual game and bowling are just a big PLUS.
The membership works fine, you accumulate points with every purchase of tickets, drinks and food. Points can be redeemed for tickets and food/drinks. Over all quality is a 5 star movie theater in my opinion.

I love everything about Sabtikos. From the ease of using the app to the quality of the food from the snack bar to the cleanliness and comfort of the theater. I have been to many theaters and believe Santikos is by far the best.

Customer service is great. Employees are friendly and attentive. Social distancing is practiced. Theaters are comfortable and inviting. Will definitely continue visiting Santikos, Cibolo theater.

Santikos is one of my favorite movie theaters because it is so nice and clean with nice reclining seats. I only have one issue:

I order my tickets online and I used to get 2 confirmation emails after booking tickets, one of the confirmation messages included the screen the movie is showing on. I noticed weeks ago I now only get one confirmation email and it does not say which theater my movie is playing in. Consequently, when I get to the theater I have to ask somebody what screen my movie is playing in.
