The bartenders provide great service. They even know my name, that's amazing customer service!
I appreciate that there is a greeter at the door with a COVID survey. The theater is kept clean. These safety measures make me feel safe there.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

First time at the movies since Covid-19 started. We were hesitant at first but also wanted a sense of normalcy to slowly come back. My wife and I went during "work hours" on a Thursday. It ended that there was only one other couple in the theater for the whole movie. Maybe it was because there were only 4 of us in the theater, but we felt that the sound was a little too loud. We actually had to plug our ears during a few scenes...and we're NOT senior citizens either. We watched Tenet in AVX. Yes, it made my wife and I feel good about exposure, but we definitely felt for Santikos in the lack of patrons present. We definitely appreciated the precautions taken by the Santikos staff.

All employees I interacted with were great and very friendly. Theater seats seem clean and there is quite a bit of space between other movie goers.

I like the cleanliness, decor, and new features I haven’t experienced in other theaters... Overall experience was fantastic.
AVX theater volume was disturbingly high during movie characters normal conversations.
Head rest was ok for a few minutes, uncomfortable for the rest of the movie

I always love Santikos as a whole and this theater is great to have so close to my home now. I don't go to any other theater except maybe the Drive-in in New Braunfels. The theater is always clean and I appreciate all the changes they have made for COVID.

I love the AVX theaters and experience when I go see movies. I have a nice home theater at home including Atmos speakers and love to have a similar experience at the theaters when I visit.

It is clean, love the recliners & popcorn! Employees are friendly & helpful! Theatre is about half mile from my home very convenient! Sunday was my first time back since the lock down!
