I did have a problem with the app providing accurate information. I joined the lineup and requested first available at 3:30. The app said my stylist would be available at 5:40. I understand that these times are approximate, but I arrived at 5:40 and had to wait an hour before my name was called.
Went in with an idea of what I wanted, was suggested that might not be a good idea and was SO happy I didn’t do what I was going to. I appreciate the care and quality of work that was done.

I like the specific hairstylist I get, they usually do really well for me and I havent really had one yet that I didnt like. My hair can be tough for some people and Ive lucked out with some really good people that can atleast give me close to or exactly what I wanted

I love the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I love that the people who cut your hair or chatty and will talk to you and they will take your instructions and really try to perform.
It does feel very family oriented. I loved my last experience with the gal that cut my hair. She was fantastic. Give her a raise.

Alyssa is the best! She does a great job every time. Very thorough and skilled at cutting my thick hair and is fun to talk with while she does it. I would recommend anyone to go to Sports Clips and ask for Alyssa if she’s working.

As usual, I was waited on very quickly (must have luck in getting there at the right time)! I was greeted quickly & my hair was cut as I wanted, & my stylist was friendly & ensured my cut was as I like it.
