I visited Jocilyn again this past Monday. She seemed a bit glum so I asked what was the matter. Despite my outstanding review of her, she had not received the raise I recommended for her. This woman pours her heart and soul into every hair cut, meaning each haircut I receive from her is the best haircut I’ve ever had! I am once again asking Sport Clips to give this saint of a woman the raise she deserves! Anything less than $5 more per hour would be a slap in the face. Mary is an outstanding associate. She is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It is so easy to have a conversation with Mary while she cuts my hair. Another associate vacuumed her area when she and the client before me went back for the hair wash and hot towels. True teamwork!

Courtney is a rock star. She is super kind, considerate, and curious about what I'm looking for in a haircut and MVP. She asks good questions, looking for feedback to provide a great experience. For example, Courtney asked if the pressure she provided during the massage was appropriate, and she said she is striving to make that aspect of the MVP really good. Outstanding! Treat her well, and she'll make you lots of money.
