Okay so it’s not the company, it’s the stylist, Felica is AWESOME, I made the mistake of going to the Boise location cuz it was my closest location and I was so disappointed in my cut I had to wait 3 months before I could cut it again, I went and saw my forever stylist in Caldwell and she made my fears go away! You a baddie girl thank you!!!
