Loved the haircut and service. My only complaint is that when I presented my punch pass for half off of my 6th haircut...the stylist brushed it off and said it's for my next one...but the card clearly states that I get half off on my 6th one. So now if I give a fully punched card on my next one are they not going to honor it because it's already punched?! Why offer the cards if customers feel awkward getting a discount once in a while?!

I love sports clips! I have a very particular haircut I like and no matter the stylist I always am totally impressed and satisfied! Today I had Melissa I believe and she killed it.
